Today I'll be sharing a super fun fall recipe!
APPLE CRISP IN A MUG:
Ingredients:
- 1 diced apple
- 3 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp softened butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp flour
Directions:
1. Place the diced apple in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Sprinkle the apples with 1 tsp of the brown sugar and set aside.
3. In a bowl, combine the butter and the remaining brown sugar with the oats, flour and cinnamon. Combine with a fork until crumbly. Spoon over the apples.
4. Microwave for 90 seconds and let cool down before enjoying!
