This is seriously SUCH a good recipe!! It's healthy, a great source of protein, and super easy/quick to make. Get creative with the toppings:) I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did!
INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup cottage cheese (trust lol)
- 2 eggs
Toppings:
I used pesto, mozarella and tomatoes, but you could use traditional toppings or literally anything you want:)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dough ingredients together. Spread dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment in a circle shape. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
2. Add toppings. Bake for another 5 minutes. Cut into four pieces. Enjoy!!
