This is a super yummy lunch, and the whole thing is made in the microwave:) It's so fun and easy to make. Let me know if y'all try it. Enjoy!
MAC & CHEESE IN A MUG:
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup elbow noodes (or noodle of choice)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch (to thicken)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a microwave safe mug, (or bowl) put in your noodles. Cover the noodles with water. Microwave for approximately 3 minutes. The noodles don't need to be fully cooked yet, but should be pretty close. Keep an eye on it as the water tends to overflow a bit:)
2. Drain the noodles. Add in your milk, cheese, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Stir. Microwave for approximately 90 seconds. If you want your mac and cheese a bit thicker, you can add more cornstarch.
3. Let cool fully before eating. Enjoy!
